SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much do I pay for shipping?

Shipping will be automatically free upon checkout when a customer reaches P1,500 and up on a single receipt purchase. 

For single-receipt purchases below P1,500, the following will apply:

Shipping Fee is calculated based on weight. Weights will be counted based on chargeable weight (actual vs volumetric weight, whichever is higher). For volumetric weight, the calculation will be L x W x H / 3,500. If applicable, the weight shall be rounded to the next whole number, and shall be charged accordingly.

How long can I receive my order?

The estimated delivery date is up to 7 days within Metro Manila and up to 14 days for provincials. However, the delivery date will mainly depend on the courier delivery lead time from the date of the Order Fulfillment Email. It may take slightly longer to deliver products to very remote areas. We will do our best effort to deliver all products you have ordered within the estimated delivery time, but these delivery dates are estimates only. 

In the event that we become aware that we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time, we will notify you of this as soon as possible.

If your order has not been received within the specified timescales, you may contact us through Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/adventurebagsph/) or Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/adventurebagsph/), and provide your order reference number with the tracking number so we can check the status of your order. 

All delivery timescales are subject to delays caused by seasonal or busy periods, weather and other unforeseen circumstances, though we will do everything we reasonably can to get your order to you on time. Please understand that during exceptionally busy periods (e.g. Christmas), or when the weather is particularly inclement, we and/ or our couriers might need additional time to process and deliver your order. 

Is there a limit of items I can order per transaction? 

A single-receipt purchase has a weight limit of 5 kg. An error prompt will appear upon checkout for transactions exceeding the weight limit.

If your order exceeds the weight limit, you may unselect some of the items in your cart in the meantime and proceed with the checkout process. You may process the checkout of the remaining items after the previous order. 

PAYMENT

How can I pay for my order?

Payment for your products must be made via Credit Card, GCash or Cash on Delivery or other payment methods that we may offer and announce in the future.

What do I get from creating an account?

To make it easier for you to order products using the Website, we offer you the opportunity to register for a personal account. If you take advantage of this opportunity, any personal data that you provide us with during the registration process will be stored in our database and need not be entered with each new order; it will be entered into the order form automatically. 

What do I get from subscribing?

You can subscribe to The Adventure newsletter and choose to be informed at regular intervals of the promotional news and offers available on the Website, affiliated shops, and those of our commercial partners.

RETURN & REFUND

How do I return a product?

Only products purchased from this website may be returned, exchanged and refunded. Items are not valid for return or exchange unless the item was damaged/defective upon receipt.

We reserve the right to reject the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our returns procedure. Please contact our customer service by reaching out to our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/adventurebagsph/) or Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/adventurebagsph/)  to declare the items you wish to return. We will provide instructions to facilitate your return request. 

You have the right to return and exchange any purchased products for the following reasons: 

Change of Size - Only allowed if the item received was not the size you ordered

Change of Color - Only allowed if the item received was not the color you ordered.

Wrong Item - The product you received was not the product you ordered.

Damaged or Defective Item - The product you ordered was damaged when you received it.

Please note the following:

For return and exchange requests, item/s ordered must be returned first before we can process the exchange. The value of the replacement item would be based on the actual price paid. 

In returning products, please reuse the plastic envelope packaging your order was shipped in to proceed with the return. Unless the item was damaged upon receipt, please return your articles in mint condition, without them being worn or washed. The item has to be clean and intact. All of the item and its parts (not limited to accessories, pouches, straps, etc.) have to be returned and product labels must be attached to the items as sold.

We reserve the right to reject any product returns if guidelines are not met. 

Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be evaluated and confirmed if the item is acceptable for exchange. 

Once the returned item is approved for exchange, please note the following delivery dates to receive the replacement item: Metro Manila & Provincial - 7 to 14 days

If the item is not approved for return, the customer will shoulder the shipment fee.

Items returned must be in good condition (unless the item was damaged upon receipt) with original packaging and tags still intact.

Only products purchased from this website may be returned. 

The Adventure shall replace the returned item with exactly the same item of a different size or color, or the same item in good condition. If the item is no longer available, The Adventure will coordinate with the customer for a suitable replacement.

Can I get a refund?

For refund requests, item/s ordered must be returned first before we can process the refund. The value of the item at the time of request is the actual price paid by the customer.
